This pull request enables automated testing for the core model. It takes between an hour to an hour and 30 minutes to complete. It runs the whole workflow and the model from start to finish. You can check the logs and download the results file to inspect individual values.

Future work here would be to also implement a Windows based test run and to compare results to known good values.
