Bump dotnet version to dotnet 5 #8

Bumped used docker image to .net 5
Bumped used sonar scanner version to 5.X (required for .net 5)
Bumped installed .net runtime version to 5
Fixed an issue with JRE installation
Updated readme because the action was tested with a selfhosted sonarQube

Thanks for the .NET 5.0 and Sonar Scanner bump, good timing with the 5.0 release! Did a quick test locally and it seems to work. I'll probably update the readme with a reference to an earlier release of this action if .NET 3.1 is required.

Also thanks for testing it with a self-hosted SonarQube server, I haven't been able to my self.
