startInLoadingState prop for WebView #40

Hi @sebastianbochan,

We've implemented Async drilldown functionality using wrapper and while waiting for the data of next level during drilldown I'm getting a blank white screen, to show loader during that period I need startInLoadingState prop for the webView please go through PR
