Norway admin2: rename maps so the drilldown works #107

In the all-maps demo, the idea is that we can drill down from the world map. [...] But this doesn’t work for Norway. In the countries/no/no-all map, the id of the counties violate the convention, so the Vestland point has the key no-vl-46 . The extra number, -46, results in failure to load the existing map countries/no/no-vl-all on point click.

TODO: Remove the numbers from the names and paths. Make the drilldown work.

The fix will be released in the Map Collection version next after the current (v2.0.1).
