Wrong names of the Ecuador's provinces #109

Expected behaviour

Napo and Tungurahua provinces located in Ecuador should be changed.

Actual behaviour

When I try to generate map of Ecuador using hcmap the Napo province is located in the position of Tungurahua and Tungurahua is located in the place of Napo.
