Historical data for Norway 2019 seems to be wrong

After update to latest version, the data seems to have changed:

Fylker

There is no: Trøndelag in this version it is Sør-Trøndelag & Nord-Trøndelag which indicated this data is pre 01.01.2018

Hi @c0d3x Thank you for pointing out the error.

That map was used until v1.1.3 when it was update based on the 2020 changes, thus the name with 2019. The year in name should indicate the last year when the map was correct - in this case this should be 2017, as far as I can tell.

Internal note:

• [ ] downgrade this map from 2019 to 2017.
• [ ] add info about what the year means and/or
• [ ] it would be perfect to add description for each historical map that would state when exactly was the map correct with higher precision than just the ending year and possibly a link to the information source

For what I can understand it would be something like this:

Fylker(all):

• 2017
• 2019
• 2020 (until 2023)
• 2024 (latest)

Kommuner(all-all):

• 2019 (from 1960)
• 2020 (until 2023)
• 2024 (latest)

There might be other changes, i dont know. A bit overwhelming with all these changes 🤯
