This issue is a continuation of an issue reported in the highcharts/highcharts repository, please see highcharts/highcharts#7764 for full details.

Currently (2021/2022), there's 117th USA Congress and 117th map is up-to-date, but it's really hard to find a source of it. Here is a source for the 116th.

We can continue this issue after setting up a working QGIS maps project.
