Wrong ISO Code for Northern Cyprus #26

Besides Northern Cyprus, "Cyprus No Mans Area" also doesn't have an ISO code.

In the world maps, the ISO code (hc-a2) of "Cyprus No Mans Area" is "CN" which breaks the display of China. The iso-a3 is also wrong. It should have no ISO code at all, as none has been defined. It should also probably called "United Nations Buffer Zone in Cyprus".

The main problem of this issue wasn't solved as the Northern Cyprus still has "NC" iso-a2 code, which is New Caledonia's ISO code (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:NC)
