Macedonia's name has changed to North Macedonia #41

As in the title. Name was changed in February 2019. New name is North Macedonia

This will affect all world maps and many others. Let's create a label to track this kind of map changes as they should be done together to avoid tedious work with changes, map generation, and map checking.
