Countries missing in World Map. #71

Hi Team, Below are the list of Countries currently not available in World map.

  1. BERMUDA
  2. BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS
  3. CAYMAN ISLANDS
  4. CHANNEL ISLANDS
  5. CURACAO
  6. GIBRALTAR
  7. HONG KONG
  8. MARSHALL ISLANDS
  9. NETHERLANDS ANTILLES
  10. VATICAN CITY 

Currently we are implementing the workaround provided by high-charts team for the above countries by showing them as map-point . Request you to add above countries in world map ASAP.
