Chile: add new region (Ñuble) #79

Hi highChart Support:

The Government of Chile has defines a new region. The region of Ñuble. Can you add this region in Chile’s HighChart map?

You can find the polygons of the region, available at National Congress of Chile Library https://www.bcn.cl/siit/mapas_vectoriales

Hi @josemontanana

As a workaround (or while waiting for the map collection update), you could use an edited map available in this demo: https://jsfiddle.net/BlackLabel/d2v7gtje/2/

Disclaimer: The map edit was created manually with a similar level of details as the original map and based on the sources linked in the initial comment of this thread. The edited map has the same license as the original map.
