New version of pattern-fill

Adds a second alternate version to the pattern fill plugin.

• uses SVG paths to creates patterns
• fallback to image and color
• defines 10 basic patterns out of the box

This new style is not compatible with the old style, hence the choice to call it pattern-fill-v2.js this allows the users to easily use the old style.
