Add package.json so it can be pushed to npm #23

I have based this PR on the work done on the draggable-points plugin. https://github.com/highcharts/draggable-points

Mainly these 2 commits:

I didn't add the CommonJS support to the v1 version as I thought that anybody using v1 probably doesn't need it and I didn't want to introduce more changes than needed. But I can add this to the PR if it is needed.
