fix HorizontalTimeVolumeItem region length, add band_color, poc_color and poc_width configuration

Good idea, but rewrote it to work with the other use-cases as well, try 97b35fd to see if that suits your needs.

I also liked that you highlighted that the colors settings needs improvement. That will however requiring some further thinking. Remind me if I forget, but I have at least some ideas in mind.

yes, I test it with my test case, with daily, weekly and monthly, they all work perfectly! thanks a lot
