Clean up All About Entity Scripts snippets and copy #319

Clean up snippets

remove quotes from script and userData keys
remove extraneous spacing in objects and in JSON

Clean up body copy

break out headlines that were in paragraphs
format some inline code where readability was really bad

A lot of the markup on this page for the code fencing is wrong, and messes up the preview, but I left as-is since fixing it marked everything as changed in the diff for this commit (at least it did in the preview).
