Change in R signing #88

The signing method on the R APT repository has changed.

This is addressed by #98 und #99 (auth version)

Darüber bin ich auch grad gestolpert: "Since 16th of November 2021, the bullseye-cran40, buster-cran40, and since 17th of November also the buster-cran35 and stretch-cran35 repositories are signed with a new key with key ID 0xB8F25A8A73EACF41, key fingerprint 95C0FAF38DB3CCAD0C080A7BDC78B2DDEABC47B7 and user ID Johannes Ranke johannes.ranke@jrwb.de." Abhilfe: Key von http://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?search=0xB8F25A8A73EACF41&fingerprint=on&hash=on&op=get in ../pub/jranke.asc speichern

Bitte die PRs #98 und #99 bei Gelegenheit mergen, damit die aktuellen Zertifikate verwendet werden können, danke!
