Release: v0.0.22

Posting to api/v1/viewconfs fails with 403 error. Console shows:

hglib.js:14 POST http://localhost:8888/api/v1/viewconfs/ 403 (Forbidden)
error: ProgressEvent {isTrusted: true, lengthComputable: false, loaded: 58, total: 0, type: "load"…}
