Laggy Sticker Animations on Unigram 20.XX.XX Beta Versions #25

The sticker animations(all stickers) on the beta versions 20 have a very jittery feeling. Im using an HP Elite x3 with SD820 , version 19 does NOT have this issue. sticker

Updated to Store Version 20.8.5560.0 , Issue Still Exists , Hamburger Menu Is Laggy When Clicked On Aswell

Enabling Fast Animations From Diagnostics Seems To Make It Work Smoother than normal
