slim down builds using ... #7

no-install-recommends
remove apt cache
remove tmp dir
other package install cleanups

Check this out and try please. Everything built during my testing, slims down by 50-75% on each build. The base layer accounts for 90%+ of most of the builds.

oops I included the progress plain debugger in the makefile in that commit. we can force push that back out before merging if we do merge this

It’s a don’t care to me. Most other’s would not know there is even an option.

Well true.. though I do find it cleaner when not trying to debug things. It's all good in the recent commit line. Checks passed.
