Its missing a whole lot of cities from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Island

It is missing cities in the USA from: New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota and West Virginia. I am working on trying get this data.
