issue on IE8 + Vista 64 bits + dynamic publishing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. IE8 + vista 64 bits + dynamic publishing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was expected to see he flash animation, instead I see the alternative
content. I don't receive have any javascript error message.

When testing different configurations, it's working perfectly whatever the
configuration is:

IE8 + vista 64 bits + static publishing (working)

FF3 + vista 64 bits + either static or dynamic publishing(working)
IE8 + vista 32 bits + either static or dynamic publishing(working)
FF3 + vista 32 bits + either static or dynamic publishing(working)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
swfobject 2.2
IE 8 / FF3
Vista 64 bits / 32 bits

Please provide any additional information below.

I uninstall flash player and plugins and reinstall it for both IE and Firefox.
It's now working well. Maybe a flash corrupt installation causes this.

Anyway, thank you for your great job with swfobject

Indeed a corrput flash player install for IE can cause the version detection to 
fail.
Unfortunately there is no real way for the swfobject library to seperate 
between a
corrupt player install and a user with no flash player install.
