Problem with swfobject 2.2 and HTML 5 doctype

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use swfobject 2.2 with HTML5 doctype
2. Flash tile takes URL query parameters to pass text and node in the XML
3. Flash tile uses AS3 to fetch and parse XML
4. Flash file displays values from query string and XML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output of data is fine from the query string and the XMl - The click is
broken.  If you move the doctype and HTML back to a valid XHTML doctype, it
works seamlessly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2
Multiple - Mac OSX 10.5.6, Windows Vista 64bit Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.

The flash tile may be clickable the first time.  Upon clicking the flash
tile you will be navigated to the URL.  Click back and the tile will no
longer be clickable.

I've used SWFObject with the HTML5 doctype without any problems.

I don't see anything in your post pointing to a SWFObject-specific bug. Do you 
encounter the same problem when embedding your Flash file using non-SWFObject 
methods, such as the <object><embed> combo?

I'm closing this thread due to inactivity. If you feel the issue still needs to 
be addressed, please post a reply. Also, if you've discovered the cause of the 
issue (and/or solution), please share.
