Pokemon should be randomly (or otherwise) assigned moves from their level up 
moves (up to the current level) and compatible TMs.

Using 1.3.1 in leafgreen, I had two different TMs randomized to teach mind 
reader. Should the randomizer make sure the TMs are all unique? Maybe make it 
an option.
