Default to Album Artist, fallback to Artist #50

Would truly be awesome if the artists drop-down list could default to use the 
Album Artist tags, and if not present, fall back to the Artist tag.

This is (sadly) something that has to be done on the client side rather than 
the mpd side.

I'm not sure this is completely possible without mpd changes. This patch 
switches to albumartist entirely in the tree and adds it as an option to home. 
It works but if any of your music doesn't have an albumartist set then their 
artists won't appear, i.e. there is no fallback there. It would be possible to 
add that but it would be quite expensive to look it up for every song if you 
have a large database I think. Ideally mpd could handle the fallback on its end.
