Enhancing and Refactoring Code and change min PHP version to 7.4 #71

@hijiriworld this PR includes code quality updates and improvements and introduces a min PHP version of 7.4. Most of the work was did automatically using Rector – think this is a really great tool for such kind of work and also set it up, so that it can be used in the future as well.

Maybe we should plan to release it as 3.2? What do you think?

@hijiriworld do you have a plan when it would possible for you to do a final test and maybe create a new release?
