Move memory away from postgres and attach it to context #4

This has been worked on before, but we can't guarantee the AI will use it correctly due to the weird way the AI looks for the memory (either generating it out of nowhere or utilizing the action prompt).

For now, the entire memory action is removed from the action prompt that the AI can use.
