Keyboard short-cut only allows one change, then no further affects #11

ctrl + alt + c or + z will decrease (or increase opacity only once per session. Repeated combinations have no additional affect. If I exit VSC and restart, I can again bump up or down the opacity one interval, but no further changes take place after.

Also, trying to manually add the opacity in settings.json and saving only seems to work once. If I set this to 0 for instance, no change will occur until I restart VSC. This behavior appears to be unique to this extension as all other custom parameters in settings.json take immediate effect.

I have this string added: "glassit.alpha": 240

Windows 10, x64, 1909

...only just updated to 1909 this morning and didn't get to test this plugin against 1903 so it might be a Win10 issue.

I'm facing the same problem. It seems like GlassIt is now only applying transparency changes after closing and opening the window. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise, 1809
