What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the latest 2013.1231.0 installer
2. Try to install in any mode - Typical, Complete or Custom
3. Installer crashes on "Writing INI files values"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output - successful installation. I see the installer crash on
"Writing INI files values" insstead
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Installer: 2013.1231.0, OS - WIndows 8 Pro x64.
Please provide any additional information below.
