Spotted an error page during signup #795

Current behavior A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Product>Activity'
  2. Click on 'Signup'
  3. Fill out the form and click on "Sign Up"
  4. See error

Expected behavior Remove the error and instead show what is wrong
