remove duplicate component names #106

What is the Purpose?

renamed duplicate names that are creating the dots-fe build to fail

What was the approach?

checked that all component names in .vue files are unique and match those in the stories.js
removed unused components from index.js

This is fixes duplicates and updates styling.
