fix h-button component #124

What is the Purpose?

removed all references of h-button from other components (use el-button)
separated CircleButton from h-button

What was the approach?

Are there any concerns to addressed further before or after merging this PR?

State some additional info if any. For instance running install or setting some environment variable(s)

I noticed that my props weren't responsive in h-button but now they seem to be working.
