fix: Correct bug in h-button #129

What is the Purpose?

Fixed bug in h-button affecting form submission

What was the approach?

Added inheritAttrs property which prevents default inheritance in root components.

Are there any concerns to addressed further before or after merging this PR?

State some additional info if any. For instance running install or setting some environment variable(s)
