What is the Purpose?

Add new Steps component
Rename old steps component from 'HSteps' to 'Steps'

What was the approach?

Built on the Element UI Steps components

Are there any concerns to addressed further before or after merging this PR?

Colors have been changed from the original UI to add gray background instead of purple to mute the color
Highlight colors are changed from white to primary blue
Instead of lines connecting the steps, arrow is used as its a built-in feature of ElementUI
