Add mobile view for Navbar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the Navbar on mobile or tablet view is not responsive

Expected The Navbar should be responsive for mobile and tablet view Examples:

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am a user with an account

AND I login to the account on a mobile phone or tablet

THEN I see the navbar on the app collapsed to be responsive on the mobile or tablet
