Create custom styling on message component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to style the message component to be consistent with the wireframes:

The message component should have the following features:

• For colors, use the following:

  • For Warning, use $red for text and $red-fill for background-color
  • For Info, use $primary-color for text and $background-color for background-color
  • For Success, use $green for text and $green-fill for background-color

• The message banner should be 100% width of the screen

• The message banner should not have a border (same color as background).
