Add `Profile` and `Info` to mobile version of Nav Bar component #220

Current behavior Currently in mobile version of the Nav Bar, we only display the main nav bar menus but not those found in the top-right:

Expected behavior We would like to see these display under the collapse hamburger

This issue is no longer needed since it was implemented in the Dots FE: https://github.com/hikaya-io/dots-frontend/issues/1148
