Move styling and text wrap of dropdown `name` and `extra text` to hakawati #249

TO DO:

Move any styling that was done on Dots FE to hakawati so that we can keep it close to the component
Check that the text is wrapping
NOTE: each change you make in hakawati needs a new version in order to test with dots FE.

Could we do the following:

Add some padding between the column name and data type? If the column name does too long, can we clip it?
Can we add the data type to the tooltip dropdown? I think its helpful to know all the data types that you can select in the layer stepper creation.
