Enhance styling for changing column ordering on `h-table editable` #292

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like a custom h-select that a user can select from a table header such as the Actions column on the project list and allow the user to select/de-select columns to display in the table.

This issue is no longer needed. Styling for editable h-table is good and the styling is correctly implemented for h-spreadsheet:
