upgrade storybook to 6.5.9 + adjust cancel button, tag styling

What is the Purpose?

• [x] upgrade storybook to 6.5.9
• [x] fix cancel button on other component's stories that use cancel button
• [x] remove border outline in tag styling

What was the approach?

• ran npx sb@latest upgrade
• installed new dependency style-loader
• downgraded to 2.0.0 as there was an error I was facing: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68580273/type-error-this-getoptions-is-not-a-function-for-style-loader

Are there any concerns to addressed further before or after merging this PR?

Check if I performed the storybook upgrade correctly
