`h-table`: refactor to use `h-select` instead of `h-dropdown` for hide/display column dropdown

To Dos:

• [ ] Explore refactoring h-table to use h-select instead of h-dropdown. The styling we want to make use of in the existing h-select are:
  • right side area to display the data type
  • display the checkbox on the right side
• [ ] Add border radius styling
• [ ] Use same styling as in the h-select when extraOptions is enabled and multiple option is true.

We will postpone this since there was an issue with implementing h-select so we will keep h-dropdown for now
