This is currently blocked. The drag/drop motion is not working.
Using vue-draggable library but its not working. When using row tag it worked but it broke the table format broke.
Further investigation is needed. We will pause on this ticket for now.

I will remove this from the sprint until the acceptance criterion is confirmed.
