What is the Purpose?

Steps component to help walk a user through the key steps.

What was the approach?

Create two components where array of steps will be passed, The component will react to the steps.
The simple step bar and vertical steps can be set by just passing the appropriate props.

Are there any concerns to addressed further before or after merging this PR?

@lupyana this looks great :) one quick comment: is it possible to add in the stories a button/trigger to see how a user moves from one step to the next?
