Add standard artefacts #25

Replaces all Artefact collections specified string variable with enums. It still allows strings to be used as collections (e.g. in case the user wants to add new collections).

Something is off with this branch, it shows changes from 3_better_compiler support (esp. to run_configs) as new here, no idea. Will try with a new PR.
