Update all examples in run_config

[ ] Update to recent lfric version (after repo split), which will also fix rose-picker issue (using python, not python3)
[ ] Properly handle linking, most example will fail linking, likely because the wrong linker is used. Might need more logic for zero config, or the next issue:
[ ] Potentially port our LFRic fab base class for all examples, which will properly allow compiler customisation
[ ] ATM the site from which configuration scripts are picked up are hard-coded. Again, the previous issue would fix that, but if we don't add the base class, maybe add some other option (or just accept and document it)
