We need to set at least:

PYTHONPATH to include the new infrastructure/build/python directory
either set PSYCLONECONFIG to point to the config file, or probably better: add the -c command line option to the psyclone call

Hmm - actually, this should mostly be part of lfric_atm where Baf is atm. Leaving it here for now since it was in the old repo :)

Can be closed, Baf now contains a build.sh script, that sets the environment variables.
