Added a new IR:

Load-Pointer: System instructions (e.g.: Reshape Permute) are now represented as just moving pointers, so that JIT Compilers can fuse more instructions:

In addition, LazyTranspose/LazyCons is deleted after compiled.
base-impl/attributes.lisp pays an important role how AbstractNodes are optimized by cl-waffe2.
