dada2 pooling options #50

Dear all,

we are testing Lotus2 for some analysis, but we would like to know if it is possible to set pool=TRUE when running DADA2, or if pooling is already set by default?

Hey Ramiro,

pooling is automatically done, as long as the map is correctly configured. Please include a column with the header "SequencingRun" . All samples with the same ID will be pooled automatically.
