save demultiplex #56

Hi, If I run lotus2 with -saveDemultiplex 3 it results in an error. Can't say exactly what is happening. I don't find the log file where the error should be described?

The lotus2 version I use was installed with conda (installed today, 05.01.24)

Hey John, did you try the -saveDemultiplex 1 etc versions? The log files should be in the defined outdir (-o). If you send these I can have a look if I spot the error. best, Falk

with saveDemultiplex 1 or 2 its working and the Logs Folder is created as expected. If I use 3, however, it doesn't write anything in the LotuSLogS folder (I can't even find the folder itself).
