HotKeys #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In configuration for the hot keys
2. The options of the hotkeys are F01...F09.
3. It don't know the key press, because, in teh keyboard, the keys are 
F1...F9

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the hotkey configuration to be the keys F1...F9

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.0.0

To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?

What plugins, if any, are enabled?
