Short cuts re-installed when Exodus start #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. System = Windows 7 SP1 
2. remove short cut on desktop.
2. remove folder from "All Programs"
3. run Exodus and see the removed system Icons folders replaced

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stop this behavior of the program, or at least ask if is desired and the option 
to not do it ever.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 0.10.00

To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?
private internal Corp Jabber system.

What plugins, if any, are enabled?
None

Please provide any additional information below.
